This is a piece on which I’ve been working “after hours”, for fun. I have one more idea for a batman poster, though it will be in a completely different style.
For this I wanted to have a comic/cartoon vibe.
Anyway, here is it. Hope you’ll like it.
I was thinking about giving this piece some sort of title, something other than just “Batman”. I decided to go with “Night Watch”.
I love the concept – Batman protecting the city. And the glowing eyes. What type of texture did you use on the wings?
It’s the same texture (some old, random grunge stock stuff I had on my HD) that’s in the background, just scaled and faded :)
Also, sorry that it took so long to approve your comment and reply to it. My hosting provider has some problems with their servers and I’m not getting notifications about comments and Akismet doesn’t work, so I had to turn on moderation :/
If it won’t be resolved soon I will need to migrate with the blog.
